Stuart's journey in real estate began in 1984 when his father, Jim Fox, sold the family-owned feed mill and started a mortgage company, Family Home Mortgage, alongside a hard money real estate lending company and a real estate investment company. Stuart worked with his father on these ventures, gaining valuable experience in lending against real estate and even working at the mortgage company throughout high school.
After earning his business degree in 1995, Stuart joined the mortgage company full-time and started his own real estate investment company. Since then, Stuart and his wife Tiffany have been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions in various states, closing deals worth over $200,000,000. They have also started a property management company, provided hard money loans, and acquired rental properties for their own portfolio.
Today, they own properties and renovate homes in multiple markets across the country. Stuart and Tiffany are dedicated to creating win-win situations with the people they work with — paying high interest to investors on their deals and revitalizing old homes to give them new life with great tenants and owners.
